Webinar FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I did not receive a confirmation that I registered for the webinars nor did I receive information for the webinar site.

The webinar registration email is sent out the day before the webinar.  Please check your inbox for an email from either David Flanagin or Linda Rummans.  Also, there have been instances where the email was blocked by a spam filter, so please check your junk mail or spam email box.

I did not receive the handout nor am I receiving the emails.

I am a Dave Lennox Premier Dealer and should receive the webinars at no cost.  What do I need to do?

The DLPD Coupon Code is included on the email you receive from Bonnie Maupin.  Input the Coupon Code after adding the webinar to your cart and then use your Dealer Center as payment method.

I missed a webinar.  When will it be available?

Webinars are recorded and may be found on the Learning Management System soon after the session date.
