The training process starts with the Tech Needs Assessment, which gives a clear picture of each tech’s current knowledge and proficiency level. Based on these results, you can then create “personalized” training plans for each of your people, and then monitor their progress online. Your employees can access online course materials over the internet 24/7 and learn at their own pace. You’re in control of the entire training program, and can easily adapt to changes in your business.
