Important Information

  • All classes have a maximum student count and registrations are on a first come, first served basis.

  • Students are responsible for their hotel accommodations, transportation, and meals.

  • Cancellations made 10 days or less prior to the class are subject to a 20% charge.

  • Students failing to show up without canceling will be invoiced for the entire class fee.

  • HVAC Learning Solutions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time under no obligations, and is not responsible for nonrefundable airline tickets purchased.

  • A confirmation letter and other related information will be sent 1 to 2 weeks prior to the class date.

  • Class prices may be subject to change without prior notice.

The course text will be sent to students in advance, and should be studied prior to taking the class.  If registration is received less than 7 days prior to the class, the dealer is responsible for the cost of shipping the text via Next Day or Second Day UPS.
